For individuals too. There is no minimum order: if what you need is one part, that is as good a job as a run of two hundred.

Do you have a shop in Castellón I can walk into?

No. It is a workshop in Vila-real, not a shop on the street, and it works by appointment. Almost everything gets settled beforehand over WhatsApp or email with two photos, so you only make the trip if it is really needed.

Can I bring the broken part to you in person?

You can, but send the photos and measurements first. Most of the time that is enough and it saves you the trip; if we need it in front of us, we will say so and arrange a time.

What does delivery within the province cost?

It is inside the quote, and we put it in writing before starting. A small part travels in a padded envelope and barely moves the price.

Do you invoice a club or a town council?

Yes, invoice with VAT and delivery note. Clubs and town councils around here work that way, and it is the normal thing.

How your part reaches you

You collect it in Vila-real: If it is on your way, we agree a time by WhatsApp or email and you pick it up here. No shop and no counter: this is a workshop, so we work by appointment.
We send it across the province: To Castelló, Borriana, Onda, Almassora, Nules, la Vall d'Uixó, Benicàssim, l'Alcora or wherever you are. A small spare travels in a padded envelope and barely moves the price.
We send it anywhere: We ship across Spain, and abroad too: the part fits in a parcel and the parcel goes wherever it has to. What is not collected in person works just the same, because photos and measurements travel on their own.

Vila-real sits in the middle of the Plana, and that puts half the province within twenty minutes: Almassora, Borriana, Betxí and les Alqueries next door, Castelló de la Plana, Onda and Nules a step away, and la Vall d'Uixó, l'Alcora, Benicàssim and Orpesa a little further out. From the Alto Palancia, the Maestrat or els Ports, posting always beats driving, which is why the whole job can be done without anyone moving: photos, measurements, a view of the model and your approval.

Sample in 72 hours, full run in 10 working days: One piece comes out first, and nothing else is printed until you approve it. For a date that will not move — a final, a wedding — that is what prevents the disaster.
No minimum order: One part or three hundred, it is the same to us. There is no mould to pay off, so a single unit is as ordinary a job as a run.
Up to 25 × 25 × 25 cm in a single piece: Above that it gets split and joined, and on the finished part you can hardly ever tell.
